Semarang, July 28, 2026 – The Undergraduate Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Diponegoro (FEB UNDIP), has officially opened the registration for the Thesis Preparation Permit Card (Kartu Izin Penyusunan Skripsi/KIPS) for students who plan to begin their undergraduate thesis during the Odd Semester of the 2026/2027 Academic Year. The announcement was issued under Announcement No. 28/UN7.F2.6.2/AK/VII/2026, signed by the Head of the Undergraduate Accounting Study Program.
The KIPS application serves as a mandatory administrative requirement for students before commencing their thesis. Through this process, the Study Program verifies students’ academic readiness to ensure that the thesis preparation process proceeds efficiently and in accordance with the University’s academic regulations.
Students intending to apply for KIPS are required to complete the online application form via https://bit.ly/Kipsgasal2627 or by scanning the QR code provided in the official announcement.
According to the announcement, applicants must fulfill several eligibility requirements. Students must have completed a minimum of 103 credit units (SKS) and successfully passed the Accounting Research Methodology course. These requirements must be verified by submitting an official academic transcript signed by the student’s academic advisor.
In addition, students who have previously received informal supervision from their proposed thesis advisor are required to upload proof of the informal consultation. Applicants must also submit proof of their latest tuition fee (UKT/SPP) payment. All supporting documents must be uploaded in PDF format through the online application system.
The deadline for submitting KIPS applications is August 15, 2026. Therefore, eligible students are encouraged to prepare all required documents and complete the application process before the deadline to avoid any administrative issues.
